Kegler Brown is proud to announce that Mike Madigan, a Director in the firm’s Construction practice area, has been selected as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA).

The CLSA is an invitation-only honorary society with an international membership base focused on recognizing outstanding attorneys who practice in any number of the various areas related to construction law and litigation. New Fellows are selected after an extensive evaluation process that examines a candidate’s accomplishments and efficacy in construction law, and emphasizes an exceptional ethical reputation.

Mike Madigan focuses his practice primarily in the areas of construction law and litigation, advising clients on mechanic’s lien, collections and other issues in the construction industry. With Kegler Brown since 2005, Mike has been described in Chambers USA as “a ‘rising star’ in the market… He has significant experience at both trial and appellate level and draws praise from sources for his ‘good industry knowledge.’”

Recently, Mike was also honored as the Columbus-area’s 2019 “Lawyer of the Year” in Construction Law by The Best Lawyers in America. He has also been selected to the Ohio Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers and was ranked by Chambers USA for Construction Law. Mike received his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall School of Law and his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton.
