The 2016 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® has been released and Kegler Brown’s construction law practice once again features prominently. Don Gregory, chair of the practice and one of the most highly visible construction lawyers in Ohio, was honored for the 11th year in a row in the areas of construction law and litigation by the publication and was selected as its prestigious “2016 Lawyer of the Year” for construction litigation for the second straight year. Gregory adds these designations to his long list of industry accomplishments, which also include a Martindale-Hubbell ranking of AV Preeminent, recognition by Law & Politics magazine as an “Ohio Super Lawyer,” and the highest possible rating in the construction industry from Chambers USA, an international lawyer ranking service.
Mike Madigan, a director in the practice and a LEED-accredited professional, was also recognized by the publication for excellence in the area of construction law. 2016 marks the third straight year that Madigan has been ranked among the top lawyers in Ohio for construction law by Best Lawyers®. This ranking, in addition to his designation as an “Ohio Rising Star” by Law & Politics magazine furthers his standing as one of the emerging leaders in the Ohio construction landscape.
